At Crash The Crease, we understand that finding the perfect fit is essential. That's why we've crafted a hassle-free Return, Exchange, and Refund Policy, ensuring your shopping experience is seamless from start to finish.

Returns: We offer a hassle-free return policy only if you receive a t-shirt with any manufacturing defect. You have 3 days from delivery to initiate a return. Items must be unused, unwashed, with tags intact, and in their original packaging.

NOTE: To be eligible for a return, an unboxing video of the product is required.

Contact our customer service at contact@crashthecrease.com with your order details to start the return process. Do attach the receipt or proof of purchase.

Exchanges: We have an easy-going exchange policy for you. If you need a different size, color, or style, or you have received the wrong product, you can raise the exchange request within 3 days of delivery of the product.

Refunds: Once your return is received and approved, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
